Your satisfaction is our highest priority. Unfortunately, changes or cancellations cannot be made once your order has been placed. Please confirm orders before placing them as we will not be able to offer exchanges or returns.
K-La’s Crafts does not accept returns, exchanges, refunds, or cancellations after an order is shipped. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order via email at customercare@klascrafts.com. Please include pictures of the item(s), along with the invoice/order number for the order. If you do not email within 5 business days of receiving your order, we will not be able to process a potential store credit.
If there is an error on the part of the store, you may return or exchange for a full refund within 5 days of receiving your order. If items appear to be worn or damaged in any way, owner reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund. If an item cannot be exchanged, a store credit may be issued in the amount in which the item was sold for. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Consumer is responsible for shipping items back unless there is an error on behalf of the store.
FINAL SALE items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refunds are ONLY processed for orders that we cannot fulfill.
K-La's Crafts ONLY process & ship orders Monday through Friday, we do not process orders on weekends or holidays.
