Shipping policy

We offer FREE shipping on all orders of $100 or more for all domestic orders.

Shipping cost is based on your location and the products you order.

All orders are created after order submission. Due to the time needed to complete the custom designs, please allow 7-14 business days for order processing as all items are made to order.

Order confirmations are emailed after purchases are completed. Upon completion of order processing & shipping, the tracking information will be sent to the email you provide during check-out. Please ensure it is accurate.

Please make sure you use the correct address. We will not be responsible for lost packages due to wrong address entered.

Please Note: Please understand that once an order is shipped, we are no longer in control. Items may take longer due to holidays, bad weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

K-La’s Crafts is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items/packages. However, please remember your items may be tracked using the tracking information we sent to the email you provided at check-out or account creation. Please be sure and purchase insurance to protect your package.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Consumer is responsible for shipping items back unless there is an error on behalf of the store.
