Return/Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our highest priority. Unfortunately, changes or cancellations cannot be made once your order has been placed. Please confirm orders before placing them as we will not be able to offer exchanges or returns.

K-La’s Crafts does not accept returns, exchanges, refunds, or cancellations after an order is shipped. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order via email at customercare@klascrafts.com. Please include pictures of the item(s), along with the invoice/order number for the order. If you do not email within 5 business days of receiving your order, we will not be able to process a potential store credit.

If there is an error on the part of the store, you may return or exchange for a full refund within 5 days of receiving your order. If items appear to be worn or damaged in any way, owner reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund. If an item cannot be exchanged, a store credit may be issued in the amount in which the item was sold for. Shipping charges are non-refundable.  Consumer is responsible for shipping items back unless there is an error on behalf of the store.

FINAL SALE items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds are ONLY processed for orders that we cannot fulfill.

K-La's Crafts ONLY process & ship orders Monday through Friday, we do not process orders on weekends or holidays.

Custom Orders

Custom orders are non-refundable. If there is an issue with your order, we will be happy to work with you to come to a solution. Since all our items are handmade, there may be variations between or even within an order.

Custom orders turnaround time can range from 1-2 weeks depending on product. Please allow me the time needed to make your piece perfect. We will send a proof for your approval prior to production, but only with custom orders.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. When contacting us with an issue, please be sure to include photos for our reference. You may contact us with your pictures and comments.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Refunds are ONLY processed for orders that we cannot fulfill.

Order Cancellation Policy

WE DO NOT CANCEL ANY ORDERS SO PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ORDER IS CORRECT BEFORE PAYING.

In the event your order must be canceled prior to it being shipped, there will be a 20% restocking fee for any canceled orders. In the event of a cancellation, you will be refunded the amount of your order MINUS the restocking fee. 

Digital Downloads

For digital goods and services that K-La’s Crafts provides, there are no refunds or returns available to you due to the digital nature of the product. If you have purchased multiple items by accident, then proof of purchase will need to be provided within seven (7) days of the second purchase, with proof of the duplicated items.

Aside from duplicate purchases, K-La’s Crafts has the right to refuse refunds for other matters.

This artwork is property of K-La’s Crafts and is for personal use only. You may print these files as many times as you'd like, but commercial use is strictly prohibited. Please refrain from sharing, re-selling, or uploading publicly available websites.
